1941: Eastman Kodak introduces Kodacolor film.

1963: Polaroid introduces color film.

1978: Konica introduces point-and-shoot auto-focus camera.
1980: Sony demonstrates first consumer camcorder.
1985: Pixar introduces digital imaging processor.
1990: Kodak announces Photo CD as a digital storage medium. Photoshop released.
1992: Photo CD released.
2000: Camera Phone released in Japan.
2004: Kodak ends production of film Cameras.
